2. Products & Customization

  • All products are customized based on customer-uploaded images.

  • Because products are personalized, each item is unique and may vary slightly from preview images.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of uploaded images.

Once production begins, customization details cannot be changed.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice.

  • International orders may be processed in INR, with currency conversion handled by PayPal or the customer’s bank.

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways such as PayPal and Stripe.

  • Auryaah does not store or process payment card details directly.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Shipping delays caused by customs, courier issues, or external factors are beyond our control.

Tracking details are provided once the order has been shipped.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.

  • After production begins, cancellations or changes are not possible due to the personalized nature of the product.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalized products are non-returnable for change of mind.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, are processed back to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Auryaah and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Uploaded customer images are used only for order personalization and are not reused or shared.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auryaah is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping providers

  • Customer errors in providing incorrect information or images

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
